When you contact us. If you send an enquiry through our contact form, we receive the details you give us: your name, email address, company or project name if you add one, the kind of help you're looking for and your description of the problem. If you email us directly, we receive your email address and whatever your message contains.

When you visit the site. Like any website, our hosting infrastructure automatically processes basic technical information needed to deliver pages to you, such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages requested and the time of each request.

How we use it

We use the information described above to:

• read and reply to your enquiry, and continue the conversation you started;
• prepare a proposal or plan an engagement, where you ask us to;
• keep a record of our correspondence;
• operate the website, keep it secure and diagnose problems.

We don't sell your personal information, and we don't add you to marketing lists.

Where data protection law requires a legal basis for using personal information, we rely on our legitimate interests in responding to enquiries and running our business and website, or on taking steps you have asked for before entering into a contract with you.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of service providers to run this website and receive enquiries, such as our website host, the service that delivers contact-form submissions to us, and our email provider. They handle information on our behalf and only as needed to provide their service.
